Tonaque Trade & Procurement (TTP) is an internal commercial division of Tonaque Enterprises (Private) Limited, not a separately registered company.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an RFQ or enquiry is not an order, acceptance of an offer or commitment to supply. Website categories are indicative sourcing areas, not stock or availability guarantees. Pricing, specifications, availability, taxes, delivery, payment terms and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate quotation or agreement.

Supplier registration

Registration does not constitute supplier approval or guarantee enquiries, orders or exclusivity. Information may require clarification and verification before any engagement proceeds. Submit accurate information you are authorised to provide.

Administrative and specialist support

TTP’s business-registration, tender and corporate-support activities are administrative or coordination services. TTP is not presented as a law firm, tax authority or licensed incorporation agent. Regulated work may require qualified or authorised partners. Registrations, tender awards, licences and other approvals are not guaranteed.

Payments and fulfilment

Do not make payment based only on a website submission. Confirm the contracting entity, quotation, payment instructions and agreed terms through your TTP contact. Fulfilment commitments arise only from the applicable commercial agreement.
