Who handles your enquiry
Tonaque Trade & Procurement is an internal division of Tonaque Enterprises (Private) Limited. For privacy enquiries, contact trade@tonaque.com.
Information you provide
Forms collect contact and business details, purchasing requirements or supplier capability information, together with your acknowledgements. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Purpose and recipients
Information is used to assess and respond to your request, coordinate relevant follow-up and maintain related business correspondence. The website sends submissions to TTP’s designated email inbox through its configured mail provider. Hosting, mail and security providers process information needed to operate these services.
If a specific requirement needs supplier or specialist-partner involvement, the intended scope and relevant information-sharing arrangements should be clarified before confidential material is shared.
Security checks and cookies
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse and processes browser and network signals. This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and security infrastructure may maintain operational logs.
Retention and requests
Correspondence may be retained while an enquiry, engagement or associated record-keeping obligation remains relevant. Contact trade@tonaque.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Requests will be assessed against applicable obligations and any ongoing commercial relationship.
